The Possession

After watching the atrocity that was The Apparition I went into this movie with an, “expect it to suck” mentality.  I can’t say it was amazing, because it just wasn’t, but it actually was a decent movie.

Apparition? Try Appa-shit-tion!

I was really hoping my first movie review would be of a great movie, but I was sadly mistaken.  I saw The Apparition today with my best friend.  We both love horror movies so seeing this movie seemed like the perfect choice.  Unfortunately, 10 minutes into the movie I found myself making fun of it more than enjoying it.

Shit That Should Not Be

As said in a previous post ( Florida, This is Kevin Smith! ) I love Kevin Smith!  I listen to all of his SModacsts, but my favorite is a show he does with Ralph Garman (Family Guy, Ted) called Hollywood Babble-On.  In many of the shows they have a segment called “Shit That Should Not Be” in which they go through movies and pick out some obvious mistakes that the filmmakers somehow left in the movies.  Since I love movies its clearly one of my favorite parts of the show, which is why I want to share it with you all so please enjoy!
