I had thought about writing out post for 9-11 but nothing I could ever write would mean as much as these pictures do. My heart still breaks thinking about how many lives were lost and how many brave men and women sacrificed their lives to save complete strangers. We will never forget any of you.

I had a friend recently ask me why we still make such a big deal about this. I told her that it’s because forgetting history is a dangerous thing. No matter what you think about what really happened, people really died. I had a professor tell me about the day she was there. I won’t relate the details, but I can never get it out of my mind. Thank you for remembering.
